About the Speaker:
Robert Swingler, CPP is the Director of HRIS and Payroll for Superior Engergy Services in Houston, Texas. Robert has over 20 years of payroll experience and has been an integral part of system implementations & acquisitions. Robert is responsible for the UltiPro HR/PR/Benefit system, iCIMS, Kronos and their LMS system. Robert directs a team of 9 and pays 14 EIN's with over 5,000 employees. Robert holds a BA in Accounting and is CPP certified.
Robert has dedicated his career to giving back to the payroll community through is involvement in the Houston Chapter APA where he has held the postions of President, Treasurer & Government Liaison. At the State level, Robert served on the Texas Payroll Conference Board of Directions for 4 years. Robert has also led many certification classes and has been a long time speaker for many chapters and Texas Payroll Conference. In 2013, Robert received the President's Choice Award at Texas Payroll Conference for his many contributions.
